Overview
Textya Text Marketing Platform
Designing a conversion-optimized landing page for a SaaS platform that makes SMS marketing accessible to small businesses. Translating a 98% open rate advantage into compelling visual storytelling.
Making SMS marketing feel accessible, not intimidating
Textya offers white-glove SMS marketing services to small businesses, but their market positioning required a landing page that could compete with enterprise players while maintaining approachability.
The SMS marketing industry is dominated by self-service platforms with steep learning curves and technical complexity. Textya differentiated itself by offering full-service support: strategy consultations, campaign creation, and ongoing optimization, essentially a marketing team-in-a-box for businesses without dedicated resources.
The challenge was designing a single landing page that could educate skeptical prospects on the value of text marketing, position Textya as a premium-yet-accessible solution, and drive conversions to free 30-minute consultation bookings. All without overwhelming visitors with feature lists or industry grammars.
98% Text Open Rate | 3min Average Response Time | 1 Primary CTA | 5 Conversion Points
Educating and converting in a single scroll
"Our prospects don't know they need SMS marketing until we explain it to them. We're not just selling a tool, we're selling a shift in how they think about customer communication."
— Client Breief
Textya faced a dual challenge. Audience education and service differentiation. Most small business owners still view text messages as personal communication, not marketing channels. The landing page needed to reframe their mental model while addressing skepticism around spam concerns, compliance, and ROI uncertainty.
Additionally, the competitive landscape was crowded. Platforms like Twilio, SimpleTexting, and EZ Texting had brand recognition. Textya's advantage is white-glove service and needed to be communicated instantly, not buried in feature comparisons.
Problem-first storytelling, benefit-driven design
The landing page follows a narrative arc designed to take visitors from skepticism to scheduling in under 60 seconds of scroll time.
Hero Hook: Lead with the core benefit, not the product. "Text marketing made easy for ya!" immediately positions ease-of-use as the differentiator, with a subhead that reframes consultations as value ("discover how we can help you grow"), not gatekeeping.
Problem Agitation: The "Why Text Marketing Works" section validates frustrations (emails ignored, social posts lost to algorithms) before introducing SMS as the solution. This creates cognitive buy-in before asking for commitment.
Social Proof Anchor: Video testimonial from Make Pizza + Salad serves as the credibility centerpiece. Real business, real results, visual evidence. Positioned mid-page to convert skeptics after problem validation.
5 CTA Touchpoints | 1 Conversion Goal | 3 Value Props | 98% Stat Anchor
Conversion-focused design that delivers
The landing page successfully positions Textya as a premium, approachable SMS marketing partner rather than just another SaaS tool. The narrative structure, problem validation, solution education, social proof, and low-friction CTA all addresses every stage of the customer journey within a single scroll experience.
By leading with benefits over features and using a video testimonial as the trust anchor, the page reduces the cognitive load of evaluating a new marketing channel. The persistent "Schedule Free Consultation" CTA removes purchase pressure while generating qualified leads who self-select into sales conversations.

Website & Product Designer
I discovered my love for web design and development pretty early on. Turning ideas into real, working websites quickly became something I couldn’t get enough of. Over the years, I’ve sharpened my skills and built a business focused on helping entrepreneurs and creatives bring their vision online with clarity, structure, and style.
Beyond just design, I’m passionate about how websites can tell stories, attract clients, and simplify how businesses operate. I understand how frustrating it can feel when your online presence doesn’t reflect the quality of your work and that’s where I come in.
